Winora and Haibike get a new owner
Dutech Holdings has acquired Haibike and Winora from Accell Group for its newly established subsidiary, Bike Tree GmbH. The deal secures continued operations of Winora's site in Sennfeld, Germany, retaining 87 of its 187 employees. This adds the German brands – both operated under the Winora Staiger business
